The departments are structured around various academic departments, each tasked with the delivery of subject-specific content and the promotion of academic excellence. These departments are central to curriculum implementation as guided by the Ministry of Education and the Kenya National Examinations Council (KNEC).
Each department is led by a Head of Department (HoD), who oversees teaching and learning, ensures syllabus coverage, and supports the professional development of teachers within the department.
